7 Beach Instagram Accounts You Should Be Following

Considering it’s January as I type this, I’m going to assume it’s somewhat cold (or absolutely freezing) wherever you may be located. With that being said, I think we’re all craving some sun rays lately, preferably in the form of beach time.

One way to at least *feel* closer to the warm temperatures is to look at pictures and videos online. The easiest way is to follow Instagram accounts of beach-y things, such as photographers, brands or even travel bloggers.

I’ve come up with a handful of my particular favorite accounts to follow. Seeing their posts during my week can really give me motivation to plan out my vacation days wisely and motivate me!

Similar to the previous profile, Gone Beachin’ is an acocunt filled with beautiful photos of different beaches, beach-goers, animals, etc. One difference is the incorporation of beach-y apparel promoted in some of the content. Gone Beachin’ is an apparel brand that sells men,ย  women and kids’ clothing and accessories. The best part is that 10% of the profits are donated to different beach communities in need!

One word can describe this instagram profile: BLUE. As opposed to actual beach properties, the account appears to be dedicated to sharing photos of mostly the beach itself. The transparent blue waters will not only take your breath away, but make you want to dive in, no matter how cold it is wherever you may be!

To get more specific, there’s “Brooklyn Hawaii,” who is a freelance creative photographer based in O’ahu, Hawaii. Her photos are extremely unique authentic, which makes sense, as she is a surfer and lives a beach-y lifestyle on the North Shore of the state. All of her photos are different from the other; capturing a special moment of it’s own, all while maintaining the dreamy and magical vibe that is often given by Hawaii captures.

Another dreamy Hawaiian account is that of “Ocean Dreamer,” which is a Floral Artist based in the state. They share bright and colorful photos of their floral arrangements, which consist of bouquets, flower crowns, leis, garland and other forms of floral decoration. You can even follow the link in their profile’s bio to order an arrangement for yourself!
